The garage is there to serve its purpose however trying to find the rooftop was like trying to find a needle in the haystack. On top of having to pay for parking for an event I attended, I was bit disappointed. Everyone has to make money, but I had a decent experience, in the sense I parked my car and had easy access into the mall without issue.
While I can't imagine paying to park for a mall, it's a safe and easy location to access NYC via PATH. There's a station 5 minutes away walking. Parking was super easy and much cheaper than other options for the commute into the city. I'll definitely consider this one again for any future day trips.
Machines will not accepted my CC, went to 3 different exits before I was able to exit lot. In the meantime no one answered the phone when I tried to seek assistance. I ended being charged for extra time I was trapped in garage due to no fault of mine.Called their office the next day and was told they could not issue a refund because it is a “no liability” ticket. Poor service, poor management.
This is a huge parking space for the mall. The prices are too high for parking. $4 for 3 hours and 3-4hrs $8, 6 hours $15. There are 2 ways for exit and entry. Do not wait in queue lines and jam the traffic inside. Instead, choose the otherwise if u r not struck.

This is the best mall. Parking is relatively alright.
Great monthly rates. Close to the light rail and Newport Path. Literally next to Holland Tunnel. Nice access to Newport Centre.
Hmmmm........ what to say what to say, the parking lines seem pretty even. Lots of spots, some taken by cars that look like they've been there for weeks. At the end of the day It's a parking garage. I do like the roof top parking tho
